TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By wishing to shop here at FABRiChild you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions as stated below. FABRiChild Shop reserves the right to change its policies and prices at any time, effective immediately upon posting on this site.

Every buyer must responsibly fill up an Order Form to process his/her reservation, no matter if she/he is a returning buyer. Order Forms serve as a contract and reference for future purposes.

***RESERVATION without down payment is only good for 5 days only. RESERVATION with a minimum down payment of P500.00 or $12.00 per item is good for 15 days only. Fees are non-refundable.

Depending on the availability of the product, I will confirm your order thru SMS text message, email or Instant Message within 24 hours.

The buyer will shoulder the shipping fee depending on the location and weight of the package.

Packages will only be sent once the FULL PAYMENT has been deposited by the buyer and confirmed by me.

Communication throughout the transaction must be obtained by both the buyer and me, in order to secure the transaction until the payment is received and the buyer receives his/her package in good condition.

All sales are final. Each item is checked before shipping in order to ensure good quality.

There is a no return policy unless items are misrepresented. If an item did not fit you right, I will be more than happy to exchange it for another piece (please bear in mind that I do sell one-of-a-kind items. Exchange of items purchased is accepted within three (3) days after receiving the package. Please note that colors may vary depending on your monitor settings. We do not take returns for color disputes and size misinterpretations.

Please ask everything before finalizing your order and filling up the order form.

Damages or loss due to the courier's neglect is not my responsibility. The courier should pay for what they lost/damaged.

Please keep the TRACKING NUMBER that i will send to you as reference for your parcel and proof that your package is being delivered by the following courier.

When everything has been completed, and you have received your goods, enjoy the masterpiece and if you have the time, please leave comments and pictures.
